1/2 cups

Peanut Butter

2/3 cups

Rolled Oats

1½ cups


1/3 cups


1/4 cup

Hemp Seeds


2/3 cup rolled oats (or oats of choice)
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup hemp seed
1/3 cup shredded organic carrots
Dash of Cinnamon optional
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir together (warm/melt the peanut butter to mix with the rest of the ingredients). If the mixture is too wet, add more oats. If it is too dry, add more peanut butter. The mixture should resemble a sticky dough that will hold together to make a ball. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 20 minutes (this will make rolling the balls easier later on).
Remove the mixture from the refrigerator. Using a tablespoon (or a cookie scoop) for portion size, roll the mixture into balls. Sprinkle a small dash of cinnamon on balls.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or the freezer
